The nutritionist at Spazio Giovani is a pediatrician and nutrition expert who offers dietary consultation together with the dietitian, working within the multidisciplinary team responsible for treating eating disorders and other related conditions. In general, access to the Nutrition Clinic is given by recommendation from the psychologists and pediatric neuropsychiatrists of our eating disorder team. These professionals will have previously been consulted by a general practitioner, pediatrician, emergency room doctor or gynecologist, or by our own psychologist.

Our nutritionist is also part of the professional team dedicated to Pediatric Palliative Care and is the leading nutritionist for minors suffering from severe disabilities. Artificial alimentation, including the ketogenic diet, is an element of her expertise.
